I'm thrilled to announce that my YouTube channel is officially live

After years of sharing my film photography journey through my blog and on Instagram, I'm stepping into a new creative journey and brining y'all along on my analog adventures...with video.As an artist and storyteller, sharing my work and process on camera adds another layer of vulnerability to my creative journey.

My debut video takes you on a quiet morning photowalk through Amsterdam’s Jordaan neighborhood with my Rolleiflex. A big shoutout to my partner, Saray who is a talented videographer and perfectly captured my vision with color grading too!

The concept is a mix of travel, photography and mindful creativity, like a video version of my City Guides and Rolleiflex Challenge. Many of you who have followed my monthly Rolleiflex Challenge this year expressed your desire to me. Your encouragement was the final push I needed to bring this project to life.

My mission is to inspire y'all to step outside, explore your surroundings, and create your own visual stories through (film) photography. I’d love to connect with the community, so if you’re also on YouTube, send me your channel, and I’ll follow along.

As a woman of color in the photography space, I've rarely seen other women who look like me during my 20+ years of photography experience. Representation matters, and by sharing my creative journey, I hope to connect with and encourage more women who love shooting film or want to give it a try. There's room for all of us to create, share our unique perspectives, and contribute to this powerful art form.
